Too Smart for Our Own Good

Too Smart  was interpolated into my philosophy-writing from 1992 to 2007.

The central feature of Too Smart is the vicious circle principle, according to which humankind’s development has consisted in an accelerating movement from situations of scarcity, to technological innovation, to resultant surplus, to population growth, and then back to scarcity.
